We will treat all your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.

To order products on you need to have cookies enabled. If you don’t wish to enable cookies, you’ll still be able to browse the site and use it for research purposes. Most web browsers have cookies enabled, but see managing cookies on your web browser for help to turn them on should you need to. 


For any orders cancelled, there is a 10% booking charge. We will offer a full refund except for the 10% booking charge provided that the furniture has not been delivered. If necessary, collection fee will apply. 


Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, deliveries will be arranged by leaving the furniture at the entrance of customers houses. This will be reviewed throughout time.
For customers who would like the removal of the packaging and assembly of furniture there is a fee. If you would like this service, please email the furniture item you are interested with delivery address and we can advise a charge. Email follows: 

We organise our local deliveries for Wednesdays and Fridays, extra days will be allocated to delivery in the peak seasons. There will be postage EVERY day for all NON-Local orders. We will give 24hours notice before carrying out local deliveries. Please let us know if you are not available for delivery on that day we are planning to deliver.

Refusal of delivery after previously being arranged 24 hours earlier will result in a £50 rescheduling fee.
